If you don't want to stand in line on August 26th, we kindly ask you to get your badge beforehand in Tallinn or Tartu.

Only visitors who can prove their infection safety will be given their badges at pre-registration points.

If you need to take a rapid test at the venue, you'll receive your badge at the venue after you've received the test result. You can pre-purchase a rapid test here

This year, you need to have both your badge & wristband on you at all times, including all side events. We will be scanning entries and exits at the venue, seminars, and other key places as per the Health Board's recommendations.

If you have received your badge beforehand, you'll be able to fast-track your entrance to the sTARTUp Day venue through a special entrance.  If you don't get your badge beforehand, there is a chance you have to wait in the queue to get into the festival.

What time and where can I collect my badge?

  10:00 - 19:00 at Rävala Caffeine (Rävala pst 4)

  10:00 - 19:00 at SPARK Demo (Narva mnt 3 – use the K Entrance)

9:00 - 18:00 at Estonian National Museum (Muuseumi tee 2)
13:45 - 16:45 at Investor Day (participants only)
18:45 - 22:00 at VIP Reception (participants only)

In addition, you can get your badge at sTARTUp Night on August 26th from 19:15 - 22:00.

What do I need to have to get my badge?

In order to collect your badge, you need to show the QR that is on your ticket AND your proof of infection safety. That means that to collect your badge from pre-registration you need to show proof that you have received two vaccine doses, a negative COVID test, or that you have fully recovered. If you don't have proof of infection safety, you can take a rapid test at the venue on August 26-27 and you'll receive your badge after that.

Find more information about COVID safety at sTARTUp Day here

To find the QR code for your ticket, check your email. The email will have been sent by our ticketing system Fienta. Please make sure you've filled in your ticket details beforehand (use the link on your ticket to check it). Your name and company will be printed on your badge, so you'd better get them right! All student ticket holders please be ready to show your ISIC card to get your badge.

How long will it take to collect my badge?

We suggest reckoning with about 5 minutes at pre-printing but with about 20-30 minutes at the festival time. During the festival, the collecting process might take longer and we highly suggest collecting your badge before the festival time. If you're taking a rapid test onsite, you should take into account that it takes 15 minutes to get the result and there might be a queue before that as well

Can I take the badges out also for my friends & colleagues?

Sorry, all the people can only take out their own badges.

Can I get my badge on 26th August?

Yes, you can get it at the venue! In that case, we recommend arriving as early as possible to avoid the queue. Doors will open at 9 AM.

Can I get my badge on the second festival day on 27th August?

Yes, you can get it at the venue! Registration will be open during both festival days. On both days, doors will open at 9 AM.

What do I need to show to the security to get into the festival?

From the registration, you will receive a badge and a wristband. To get into the venue, you have to show both your wristband and badge to security. Security will be scanning your badge when you enter and exit the venue as well as when you're moving around, so keep your badge on you at all times.
