Demo area is the place to show your company to 4000 festival visitors: potential investors, customers, partners, media, and other tech-savvy people. Let them try your products, gain feedback, conduct market research or make sales.

Demo area is the heart of the event – it’s located in two main halls of the venue. We will structure the area to help startups and the startup-minded companies to showcase their products and/or services, ideas, and the team to the audience of sTARTUp Day. We will have a special area for business advisory organizations as well who are supporting entrepreneurs to make their dreams come true.

Choose the size of your demo booth:

Ϟ 2x2m area (400€)
Ϟ 2x4m area (800€)
Ϟ 4x4m area (1600€)

The price of the booth is for two days. It’s required that all exhibitors are presented on both festival days (January 30-31).

The price includes:

Ϟ Standup table
Ϟ Electricity
Ϟ WiFi connection
Ϟ 2 sTARTUp Day tickets*

* With every 2x2m area, you will receive 2 festival tickets. If you are a startup, you will receive startup tickets. In any other case, you will get visitor tickets.

In addition to booth and tickets, you will get:

Ϟ Your company listed on sTARTUp Day website
Ϟ Invitation to join MeetFrank application which enables you to search employees from sTARTUp Day attendees
Ϟ To promote your booth on social media channels using #startupdayfest hashtag

Application process:

APPLY to sTARTUp Day Demo area. Please think about the concept of your booth to make it attractive to all sTARTUp Day attendees.
→ Get accepted to the demo area & receive an invoice (in 1 week)
→ After the invoice has been paid you will receive festival tickets
→ Your exact position at the demo area will be announced on January 1st the latest
→ Additional relevant information related to the demo area you will receive via email from sTARTUp Day demo area manager

Ϟ Our official demo area partner is AdGorilla. They will help you to make your booth visually attractive and receive more attention from the attendees of sTARTUp Day. Adgorilla will give you a hand by selling and renting different booth solutions (screens, furniture, advertising stands, etc). If you are interested and want to know more, contact Renee
