Before you apply, please note:
⚡️ All exhibitors are expected to be present on both festival days (January 29–30) from 09:00 to 17:00.
⚡️ Please read through our sustainability guidelines before submitting your application (currently being updated).
⚡️ We’re committed to offering participants a great quality event and expect the same from all our partners.
Important note:
This year, all booths are pre-built and available in two sizes: 2x2m or 4x2m.

Booth setup:
For this upcoming event, the demo area will be pre-built to make participation easy.
⚡️ Each booth is 2×2 m or 4x2 m and comes with:
→ Neat black draped walls
→ One stand-up table
→
A TV screen if you need it
→ Company name sign
→ WiFi connection
→ 8A electricity (suitable for 1 laptop + 1 screen)
→ 2×2 m booth – 2 festival tickets / 4×2 m booth – 4 festival tickets
⚡️ Sustainability reminder:
→ Nothing may be taped or glued to the venue walls or the floor
→ Single-use carpets are not allowed
→
Please prioritize reusable or recyclable materials when designing your booth
⚡️ Pricing for startups:
→ 2×2 m booth: €950 + VAT
→ 4×2 m booth: €1550 + VAT

Pricing for all other companies:
→ 2×2 m booth: €1100 + VAT
→ 4×2 m booth: €1900 + VAT

4. We will sign a contract with the event's terms & conditions.
5. You’ll receive an invoice within a week after the contract has been signed.
6. After the invoice has been paid, you will receive the festival tickets.
7. Your exact position at the Demo Area will be announced in the middle of December 2025 at the latest.
