sTARTUp Day otsib infohalduse ja operatsioonide juhti, kes naudib korrastamist, süsteemide loomist, suhtlemist ja protsesside disainimist ning suudab näha seoseid seal, kus teised näevad ainult infot.


Rolli eesmärk

Tagada, et sTARTUp Day MTÜ ja selle ürituste teadmised, kontaktid, protsessid ja info liiguvad süsteemselt, on leitavad ning toetavad organisatsiooni kasvu.

Sinu ülesanne ei ole protsesse lihtsalt hallata, vaid aidata neid kujundada, lihtsustada ja automatiseerida nii, et kogu organisatsioon saaks tegutseda kiiremini, selgemalt ja väiksema ajakuluga.

See inimene aitab luua lahendusi, mis säästavad kogu tiimi aega, vähendavad infokadu ning võimaldavad keskenduda rohkem väärtusloomele.

Peamised vastutusalad


Info- ja kontaktide haldus

  • luua ja hallata süsteeme, kus organisatsiooni teadmised, kontaktid ja info on struktureeritud ning kergesti leitavad
  • kujundada ja hallata partnerite, esinejate, investorite ja kogukonna kontaktibaase
  • dokumenteerida olulised otsused, protsessid ja tööviisid
  • tagada, et vajalik info ei sõltu üksikute inimeste mälust või inboxidest
  • toetada tiimi partneritega suhtluses

Süsteemide ja protsesside arendamine

  • kaardistada olemasolevaid tööprotsesse
  • leida võimalusi töö lihtsustamiseks ja automatiseerimiseks
  • luua organisatsiooniüleseid töövooge ja standardeid
  • aidata juurutada uusi tööriistu ja lahendusi
  • hinnata erinevaid tarkvarasid ja leida kuluefektiivseid lahendusi

AI ja no-code lahendused

  • kaardistada võimalusi AI kasutamiseks organisatsiooni igapäevatöös
  • aidata juurutada automatiseeritud töövooge
  • luua vajadusel no-code lahendusi või prototüüpe
  • vähendada manuaalset tööd ning dubleerimist

Organisatsiooniülesed teekonnad ja töövood

  • tuvastada kitsaskohti ning teha ettepanekuid nende lahendamiseks
  • kaardistada partnerite, esinejate, osalejate, investorite ja teiste võtmesihtrühmade teekonnad
  • suhelda tiimiliikmetega ja kaardistada nende vajadused ning murekohad

Töökoormus


Rolli eeldatav koormus on 0,6 - 0,8, sõltuvalt kandidaadi kogemusest, oskustest ja valmisolekust vastutust võtta.

Tegemist ei ole klassikalise administratiivse tugifunktsiooniga, vaid aktiivse rolliga, mis hõlmab organisatsiooni teadmushalduse, protsesside, töövoogude ja süsteemide arendamist ning aitab luua lahendusi, mis toetavad kogu tiimi tööd.


Ootused kandidaadile

Oled inimene, kes:

  • naudib süsteemide loomist ja korrastamist
  • mõtleb iseseisvalt ning märkab probleeme enne, kui need muutuvad takistusteks
